An open statement
Nothing here is hidden. This page sets out exactly which part of a song is written by a person and which part is made with software.
Every lyric on this site was written by Dr Abhishek Srivastava. The Hindi verse, the imagery, the rhyme and the structure are his, as is the decision about how each song should sound — its mood, its tempo, its arrangement.
Most of these words began as poetry rather than as songs. He has been writing Hindi verse for over thirty-five years.
The vocal performance and the instrumentation are AI-assisted, produced with generative music tools and directed, selected and edited by the writer. No human session singer or session musician performs on these recordings.
No voice here imitates a real singer, living or otherwise. No melody, lyric or recording is taken from anyone else's work.
Many of these lyrics were published as poems in Dil Ke Sau Rang before any of them became a song. A printed, dated collection is the simplest proof that the words came first and that a person wrote them.
Where a song began life as a poem in that book, its page here says so.
Releases are distributed with AI involvement declared to the distributor and to the streaming services, as their guidelines require.
